Eduard Zehetner has assumed the positions of spokesman of the Executive Board and CFO of IMMOEAST AG with immediate effect, while Thomas Kleibl will remain the Board spokesman of IMMOFINANZ AG. Zehetner is best known as the rescuer of RHI. Thomas Kleibl said: “By bringing Eduard Zehetner on board, we have found the ideal person to push forward with restructuring the Group.”
Zehetner will also join the Executive Board of IMMOFINANZ AG as CFO. In this capacity, he will support Thomas Kleibl in the implementation of new financial and management instruments, applying his vast experience and know-how to the Group’s operations. This new constellation is also designed to leverage synergies in the two companies as quickly as possible.
Christian Thornton has the resigned from the Executive Boards of both companies amicably.
IMMOFINANZ AG will now be headed by Thomas Kleibl, together with Daniel Riedl, Michael Wurzinger and Dr. Eduard Zehetner.
