During the last weeks IMMOEAST AG was able to contract existing and new tenants in their core markets such as Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Prague and Bratislava on a long-term basis. Despite the negative market trend, this can be attributed to the high quality sites and top locations of the IMMOEAST portfolio.
Especially the business segments office and logistics add to the sustainable safeguarding of the company's cash-flow within the next years due to the approximately 100.000 m² re-letting and new lease contracts.
The lease contracts have an average maturity of 5 years and are inflation-indexed. 15 international enterprises including IBM, HP, Vodafone, BP, Procter & Gamble, and Roche extended their lease contracts at reasonable terms. Due to the top-class locations of the objects the clients were willing to sign long-term contracts.
