| Thomas Kleibl informed the press in Vienna about the first three weeks in his role as spokesman for the board of IMMOFINANZ Group. |
- A bank consortium, consisting of Erste Bank, RZB, Bank Austria, EUROHYPO, WestLB and Helaba has been formed. It has started jointly to list all loans and to shift towards a sustainable, productive orientation of the company.
- Thomas Kleibl has expanded his workforce. As of November 15th
Dr. Clemens Spitznagel will act as General Secretary of IMMOFINANZ and will be responsible for legal matters. Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek will be head of reporting. "Due to these appointments legal matters and reporting are in good hands," Kleibl said. "I have already had excellent working relations with both of them at AUA."
- Regarding the bond, issued by Immofinanz Beteiligungs AG (IBAG) and subscribed by IMMOEAST, it has become apparent that around 520 million Euros are liable. Thomas Kleibl plans to call on the Viennese State Prosecution over unclear transactions around the bond. Thomas Kleibl called on former IMMOFINANZ and Constantia Privatbank CEO Dr. Karl Petrikovics to help in clarifying the issue. "If Petrikovics announces in public he knows where the money was transferred to, he should share his knowledge with the stock holders," Kleibl added.
- Christian Thornton informed the speaker of the board Thomas Kleibl that he will immediately resign from his position as CFO of both companies after resolving details with the chairmen of the Supervisory Boards of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST.
- As far as the property portfolio of IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST is concerned, Thomas Kleibl is confident of its high value. " We will soon clarify any uncertainties of the past. This will contribute to ensuring a bright future for IMMOFINANZ and IMMOEAST is ahead of us," Thomas Kleibl said.
